Iain is a lecturer in learning disability studies and is currently the programme director of the BA (Hons) Learning Disability Studies degree.
Main Research Interests
He has a particular interest in the social model of disability and its implications for research and the production of knowledge about learning disability. Other interests centre around friendships, relationships and issues of sexuality, with an emphasis on research in partnership with people who have learning difficulties.
