Duration: 24 Months. [Part-Time]
Entry requirements:
Candidates must be able to satisfy the general admissions criteria of the University and of the School:
- A good honours degree (or equivalent) from a recognised institution
- Qualified Teacher Status (for PT study)
- two satisfactory academic references
Course fees:
The 2009/10 PT onsite fee is £324 per 15 credit unit for home/EU students.
Scholarships/sponsorships:
Serving teachers in England already in possession of QTS will be able to apply for funding that will cover up to two thirds of the fees for the PT route through the course.
The funding is linked to the Training and Development Agency for Schools' (TDA) programme to support the continuing professional development of serving teachers in England.

How to apply:
PT candidates with possession of QTS will automatically be considered. Limits to the number of funded places available mean that not all applicants for a funded PT place are likely to be successful. Relevant selection arrangements will be communicated to applicants upon receipt of their application.
